Through offering both adult only and family sessions at the pool, we can cater for all of our swimmers' needs for recreational and training swims. Our wide range of teaching sessions encompasses all ages from adults with their new-borns through toddlers, pre-school and after school lessons which extend right up to competitive ability. From adults who are terrified to get their faces wet, to those who can happily swim challenging schedules - we can provide a learning environment suitable for each of them. We also offer rehabilitation, water running and gentle aquarobics.

The members' only gym is fully equipped. We offer a personal service with no hidden charges.

The Sports Hall is large enough for 5 badminton courts and has opportunities for all sorts of activities.
